Fill out the Clinical Intake Form if you are interested in seeking therapy at Rainbow. As of August 1st, 2023, we have implemented a service time limit policy for our clinical therapy services. Read more about the new policy in our FAQ section.

We are offering in-person and virtual therapy! Rainbow has settled in our new Concord location at 2380 Salvio Street, Suite 301, Concord CA 94520. If you would like to stop by the new space, make an appointment, otherwise, we are open Monday through Friday from 10am-3pm.
Due to the experiences of rejection & discrimination encountered by LGBTQIA2S+ individuals, it is vital to have a safe space to explore these issues. Rainbow offers hope when it is most needed.
We provide clinical and peer groups for LGBTQIA2S+ to promote acceptance, bring people together, and improve communication.
Rainbow delivers outpatient mental health services, specifically serving lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and questioning LGBTQIA2S+ communities. We offer:
Individual therapy
Relational therapy
Group therapy
Contra Costa Health Plan Medi-Cal accepted. We have a one-year service limit for our clinical services, including case management.
