H1N1 Information

Protect our community by protecting yourself. Children, senior citizens and People with HIV/AIDS are at risk for complications due to H1N1. By protecting yourself from the flu, you help protect those you love. Consider getting yourself vaccinated. For more information contact your local immunization clinic:

Brentwood - 925.431.2400
Concord - 925.646.5275
Pittsburg - 925.431.2400
Richmond - 510.231.2555

or call 888.959.8555

Also, consider taking precautions to keep yourself and others healthy. Wash your hands or use alcohol-based hand sanitizer frequently. Avoid touching  your eyes, nose, and mouth to avoid spreading germs. Sneeze and cough into your arm, your shoulder, or a tissue. And if you're sick, stay home for at  least 24 hours after symptoms of a fever have gone away.

If you have more questions/concerns regarding why you should get vaccinated, please contact the Rainbow Community Center by calling 925.692.0090 or emailing RCC@Rainbowcc.org
