Participate in Research on LGBTQ Spiritual Matters

  Hello RCC!
My name is Kelsey Pacha, and I am a candidate for the Master of Arts in Psychology and Religion at Pacific School of Religion. Some of you may know me as the former Pastoral Intern/Spirituality Group Coordinator at RCC. I am a queer transman who has worked in LGBTQ community non-profit organizations for about 10 years.
I invite you to participate in research I am completing for my thesis. I am gathering data on religious and spiritual matters that lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer (LGBTQ) people bring to service providers in LGBTQ community non-profit organizations. This particular line of research has never been done before. Your contributions will be used to create best practices for engaging religion and spirituality at LGBTQ-serving non-profit organizations, and to add to the small but growing research about LGBTQ people and religion/spirituality.
You can help further my research by completing this short survey about your personal experiences with spirituality and religion, as well as experiences you have had with participants at your workplace. The survey can be found here:
The survey will not take more than 25 minutes to complete. Thank you so much for your time and consideration. Please don’t hesitate to be in touch with me at with any questions!
